 Free shipping on all orders of $75 or more. Standard shipping rates apply to all other orders.

  • Tracking info will be sent once order is shipped from our manufacturer. This usually happens between 2-7 business days. 

 

  • Our Bags are shipped from a separate distributor, so they will arrive separate from the rest of your order. This usually happens between 5-7 business days.

RETURN POLICY

Within 7 days of delivery, LVL 9 offers free exchanges for any manufacturing errors (issues with designs, damaged on arrival etc.) LVL 9 is not responsible for any errors made by customer (picked wrong size/color etc). Since our pieces are made to order, once payment has been processed, the order will be instantly filled by our Print Manufacturer.
