Refund Policy

 Garments

LVL9 does not issue refunds. However, under certain conditions, we will extend a free replacement of the same item you purchased.

The conditions in which will we accept an exchange are as followed:

  • Your order arrived damaged on arrival
  • Your garment does not contain the correct graphic
  • Manufacturing issues (imperfections within the print, low quality prints, damaged garment, wrong color/variation).

Our garments are....well...made to order. Once an order has been placed, it is sent to one of our Print Manufacturers, and you can no longer edit any details or cancel it. If the shipment details were incorrect, or you ordered the wrong size or color, LVL 9 is not responsible and can't offer replacements or refunds. 

Please make sure to be extra careful when ordering and make sure you check out each item's size chart. Our clothes (with the exception of dresses) are Unisex. We use a standard US size chart when measuring our garments. 

In the event that exchange conditions are met within 7 days of delivery, please send all returns to:

If exchange is accepted, LVL9 will immediately send your replacement to you at no additional costs.

Non-Garment Orders

LVL9 will offer a replacement of the same item for any reason within 30 days of delivery. Please send returns to:
