SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS
- Your items are always brand new since we make them at time of purchase. This process is pretty quick allowing us to ship your order within 3 days of being placed.
- LVL 9 offers free shipping on orders of $100 or more.
- Standard shipping costs on all other orders.

EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Items returned within 7 days of their original shipment date, in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund. Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase. Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.
